Branding

Joining as the company’s second employee, I built the Sitka brand from scratch – defining the strategy, mission, and values, then translating it into a bold, scalable identity that could flex across clients, sectors, and screen sizes. From naming conventions and visual systems to tone of voice and ESG alignment, I developed a full brand ecosystem to support both the product and the business behind it.

I designed and built the website, established Sitka’s design language, and created all sales and marketing collateral – including pitch decks, launch campaigns, and investor-facing material. I also led the setup of key platforms like HubSpot and SEMrush to support brand visibility and inbound growth.

The result? A brand that landed £2M+ investment, built credibility, and attracted leading event organisers and venues.

Brand at Hand

Brand At Hand was a marketing and design agency that I co-founded with my partner. I developed the brand, including the name, identity, voice, and website. I offered branding and design services to small businesses across education, law, health, and professional services.

I led the rebrand of one of the UK’s top Xerox partners, repositioning Document Network Services with a sharper identity and a stronger story. I built the brand strategy, crafted the value proposition, and designed a flexible visual system that scaled across digital, print, and physical spaces.

The new branding rolled out across a full e-commerce website (earning 100% in Xerox’s official audit), marketing campaigns, sponsorship assets, and event materials. I also partnered with brands like Microsoft and Samsung to deliver co-branded campaigns under the new identity.

The result? A stronger market presence, improved lead generation, and a brand that finally matched the company’s ambition.
